We do, however, understand that, in rare cases, people may not be happy with their order. Perhaps they received the wrong size due to an error on our side or a style that is slightly different to the one they ordered. These errors are few and far between, but we act immediately to remedy the situation.

Quality warranty for custom orders
For custom orders, each piece is tailored to your specifications. While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to their personalised nature, we assure you of the quality of our work. If you encounter any issues with the material or workmanship of your custom order, our quality warranty means that we will rectify any issues related to faulty material or workmanship to ensure your satisfaction.
Return of stock items
For stock items that were not customised to your specific requirements, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your stock item purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we want to ensure you get the perfect uniform.
For stock item returns, you choose between:
- a full refund for the returned item
- a replacement garment of a different size

Returning a stock item is straightforward. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
You can avail of our collect and return service with Fastway Couriers and receive a full refund or replacement garment by return.
